refund overage on postage

I want to refund postage overage   How do I go about doing this

Find the item in question in Seller hub under Orders->Paid and Shipped.  Click the drop-down next to item in question and select "Send Refund..."  This takes you to a page "Refund the Buyer."  Under reason, select "Shipping Discount," select the amount to refund and confirm.  Hope this helps.

Make sure you double check the amount your refunding before you click to complete the refund.  You can't undo it.

Customer buys 4 items; all ship together. Customer paid $5 each shipping, shipping together only cost $10.

I refund $10. Do it all the time.
