Anyone get this error? This is the first time I've ever gotten it. At first I thought since it was going to Kuwait that maybe they are not accepting mail from the US because of Covid. But then I thought, shouldn't ebay already know this and automatically block the sale?
So I checked my usual stamps.com software and I was able to create the postage successfully. Anyone know why ebay told me there's no available services for this? I notice now in that page ebay is also suggesting us to NOT use USPS.
