problem with fed ex

shipped package with fed ex dropped off weighed and used prepaid ebay shipping label package never left because of different excuses i finally picked up package and ebay marked package as delivered i brought package to ups and paid the 240 for shipping and package arrived 3 days later. how do i get my money back from ebay for the package that never moved . fed ex stated it is through ebay?

I'm sorry but your question is very unclear to me.

You dropped off a package to fedex, but you picked it back up, and the tracking shows delivered?

Then you went to UPS with same package that has fedex delivered tracking?

You paid $240 for shipping? Is that USD? What are you shipping?

Fed ex ground stated that the package that they weighed at there facility was over weight by 1.1 pound and it was a wooden box that they would not ship.  Ebay listed the package as delivered even though it never moved. I took same package to ups and trmoved 1 tool they weighed it at 148lbs and shipped it without a problem. Trying to get my money back for the label purchase for non delivered package
