please help with missing items

Hi everyone,

I sent a box of items with multiple items to a buyer, the box was opened and everything missing but the ipad!

The ebay rep was so rude and defensive and wouldnt file a claim to get the money back for the buyer....

please help!

The buyer is who opens a claim. If they open a Return request, you'll need to approve it and send a return label, first. You might have to issue a refund. Sorry this happened to you. Good luck!

The buyer can file an item not as described case. They  will get their money back. However, YOU will be paying it.   How was it shipped? If it was insured, you can try and file a claim with the shipper.
