Hi everyone,I sent a box of items with multiple items to a buyer, the box was opened and everything missing but the ipad!The ebay rep was so rude and defensive and wouldnt file a claim to get the money back for the buyer....please help!

I sold a lot of 5 pieces of jewelry. i forgot to send one of the pairs of earrings.How do i create a label for the additional pair of earrings?
