Re: past est delivery date for my iteam shipped

It takes a long time to get something from China. Now 2 weeks later (March 15) if there's still no sign of the box I would complain again. Hopefully the party isn't anytime soon.

Re: past est delivery date for my iteam shipped

My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. What is the last ESTIMATED delivery date?

You seller is located in China.  International shipments often take several weeks, and ebay's estimate is very optimistic. You have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received dispute in the RESOLUTION CENTER. Don't let that date pass.

If it is past that date, you will need to file the case in Paypal's Resolution Center, as they allow 180 days.

Does the listing include a TRACKING number? What is displayed when you click on it?

Re: past est delivery date for my iteam shipped

With Feb 27 as the last ETA, that was just three days ago.  International shipments can be prone to delays due to customs and processing.  Thus it may not be a good idea to buy a time sensitive item internationally.

Re: past est delivery date for my iteam shipped

check the tracking, your item could very well be sitting at a US facility waiting to clear customs. I discovered a long time ago that it sometimes takes less time for an item to cross the ocean than it does to clear US Customs. These items are shipped over in bulk in shipping containers that once they arrive in the states. have to first all be inspected by customs, THEN they get broken down and sorted , THEN shipped out to the postal distribution center s THEN sent to local post office...and eventually it gets to you
