Dear

i both the toys on november.

In January i complain with seller(JESMILLSTHOMPSON89)

He answer and apologize for delay becouse was in HOspital.

He said that send back....

After february i open the case,i try to escalate the case but ,after follow the istruction i can't do nothing.

Now the time it's expired.....

What i can do for contact directly EBAY or the SLLER?

Go to PayPal NOW and try and see if you can open a not received case. It may be too late.

 

Why do people wait so long to open a case?

You can't do anything.  You have 30 days for ebay from the estimated delivery date to do anything.  You have 180 days for paypal. You're 6.5-7months past the sale date.  SInce you also let the case expire, there's nothing that can be done to reopen once it's closed for any reason.
