Greetings,
Roughly a month ago I bought an item from a UK based ebay seller and had it shipped to my home country (the Czech Republic).
As of today, the item has still not arrived. The tracking information I have been provided with indicates that the package has arrived to my country and was handed over to the local delivery carrier who in turn immediately returned it back to the sender in the UK without providing any explanation.
I have sent an enquiry about this matter to the local mail carrier (DPD CZ) a week ago, however there has been no reply so far.
Next, I have contacted the responsible ebay seller only to be told that the shipping is handled by ebay’s global shipping programme (GSP) and that I need to contact GSP directly.
As far as I can see, the GSP does however not provide any form of customer support and I have not managed to find any other contact details to reach them. Could you please provide me with assistance on how to proceed and take this matter forward? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
