My printer just spits out the label. I am able to print them elsewhere but not on eBay.

Anyone else? And any suggestions? I miss the discounted rate.

From time to time I have had issues printing lables through eBay when I use Firefox (my primary browser), but am able to print OK when I switch over to IE. The last time this happened I cleaned up some of add-ons on Firesfox and that situation cleared.

FYI we are using Microsoft Windows 7.

I am also not able to print labels correctly. They were printing the label and the Online Record Label on one sheet of paper. With the labels I purchase on ebay all I had to do was take off the label and put in on my box and the other half I kept for my records for the tracking number. Now the label is verticle and much larger and does not fit the labels that I purchased correctly. This is a real pain. Anyone whow a solution?
