Need more details, but if you have found the tracking number is not associated with your address, get documentation from the carrier to that affect and include it with your appeal of the case. Ebay is aware of this scam and will refund you.

Ebay should reply to your appeal with your refund information. After you receive confirmation a refund was made it goes back to the original funding source. If a credit/debit card was used it can take extra days/weeks, depending on your card company's processing time.

How long? Is that really the issue? More time than it would take to read the MBG that eBay has in place to help you avoid getting ripped off.

Does tracking state it went to your 'same' zip code?
If so, how do you know it went 'somewhere' besides your place and was stolen or carrier misdelivered it?

Have you obtained the documentation from the carrier that the package was not delivered to your address and sent it in the appeal?

I have a printout from postal service stating where it was delivered.

Sounds like you have what you need to present to eBay to have this issue reconciled. Have you been able to present the documentation to eBay? If you have the document saved or scanned as a .jpg, .pdf or .png you should be able to submit it. Has that happened?

Now @darrebeliv you only have to do one single thing:
- click "Contact us" at the far bottom here, or
- reach out to eBay here,
for eBay to look at that printout (you can upload it in a private message at Facebook) and issue your refund.

The OP here is the buyer, not the seller. It appears that the seller sent a trinket to a different street address within the buyer's ZIP code in order to dodge an Item Not Received refund.

I did all that. Took a picture of the receipt from USPS, invoice number, delivery address. Everything. Ebay said sorry. No refund. No money back. Like f you. Get lost. I was a buyer on eBay for over 10 years. Not any more.
