I have no idea really what has or has not occured to this point, but please follow the advice given by @tools* Contact your credit card company and let them know that you have not received your purchase.
Call the number on the back of your CC and explain the situation and the CC company will reverse the charge. Get a friend/family member to help you do this if you have trouble.
