Hello,
I placed an order back in May for chiffon fabric. I have not received my order after the divert date. I have tried to resolve with the seller with no success. I opened a case and waited my 3 day period. No response. I have a case # but it has me listed for no existing cases. Every where I try to look for help it leads me back to opening a case but I already have done this. I am extreme frustrated and just want my refund.

What was the estimated delivery date? It sounds like it went past 30 days. You may have to go to PayPal to open a not received case.
