hi

i have one purchase at 3 april this yeart

the seller cheated me

i returned him the item

and he didnt refund me

he suddenly closed the return case and didnt refund me

ebay closed their phone customer service due to the corona and noboy to talk with about refunding me

When you filed your case, there are time lines to send item back and load return tracking. Seller should have sent you a return label, did that happen?  Did you upload the tracking number to your case? By doing that it would show when the seller received the item and once it showed received, eBay would have automatically refunded you original shipping and item price.

You maybe out of luck due to the time requirements. Don't think eBay will help you at this point. However, it wouldn't hurt to contact eBay. 

 

Try using Facebook or Twitter, that worked for me. 

 

You can send an email message to eBay. Not sure if email is working. It is hit and miss due to COVID-19. I just used it on Aug 11, 2020 and got a reply and solution to a problem I found here on eBay. I was shocked. I used it again on Aug 26, 2020 and got a call and they took care of an eBay issue.

Social media worked for me. I received an answer and resolution to my issue fairly quickly.  The CSR ended up calling me. It wouldn't hurt to leave a contact number.   

 

You can also try to get phone support by visiting any help topic page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the call back option.  Click on the option and you should get a message that you will get a call back with the estimated time.

 

Be advised that this option is not available 24/7. If you try a time that is not eBay’s normal business hours the option may not be there or your call back will be take longer. I recommend trying this option in the morning California time.

Did you buy from a USA seller or from a seller in Europe or the Middle East?  Since you are in Israel it appears as though local eBay rules might apply?

I am afraid in the e bay world it is too late.  If you paid with a credit card you can try a charge back.  THey usually give a year if you used a large backed credit card.

You left different sellers 8 negatives out of 22 total left feedback. Something to think about.

I also see most of your purchases made from Chinese sellers - something to think about.

what is MBG ?

i was use to phone ebay everytime there was a return then they sudenly closed the phone and didnt give me a way to say them that the seller didnt refund me 

they sent email that ask me if the seller didnt refund me they step in but i dont remember what happened exctly with that - maybe the link didnt work 

anyway i was suprised that the seller / ebay closed the return case  and its writen on the return status case : the item was delivered but it wasnt refunded
