getting a refund for labels not used but manifested

I manifested 3 labels thinking I could just cancel the other two not used and I waited too long and can not. How can I get credit for unused labels?

Depends what shipping method you chose. If you exceeded the timeline below for USPS, you're SOL. IF FedEx, no worries.

• USPS: You have 5 days to void a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund. If it's approved, you'll receive an email that you have been refunded
• UPS: You have 24 hours to void a UPS label. If you don't use the label within 5 days, the label will be automatically voided and a credit will be issued to your PayPal account, monthly invoice, or UPS account, depending on how you paid for the label
• FedEx: FedEx labels can't be voided because you're not charged until the package has been delivered

If they were USPS labels, you only have 5 days to void them.

If it's been longer then that, there's nothing you can do.

If you used an USPS Scan Form that was scanned by the USPS, none of the included labels can be voided and/or refunded.

You can certainly get refunded for unused labels.  Contact ebay customer service with order #.
