ebay your shipping dates we have to pick from says ship Monday January 1st. That's impossible.

Please fix this. You have it on my account to ship this day when I print postage. I choose a different date but still you didn't have ship on Monday the 25th Christmas day. There is no way to ship on January 1st 2024. The post office is closed.

eBay is not here on the community boards.

They will probably announce an adjustment for those getting defects for the error

  on the 2nd of January.  1 day handling.

I had 2 sales yesterday and both showed January 1st as the first possible ship date. I presumed it was a glitch but will monitor my stats to make sure it doesn't turn into a defect.

If you package and print the label, it will show 'shipped' with the time and date you printed the label. For record keeping purposes, eBay considers it shipped when you print the label.

For clarification, are you saying your items show you are supposed to ship on Jan 1st or is Jan 1st just an option when you go to print your labels?   Mine are showing Jan 1st available, but my ship by date is correct so this isn't going to affect anything for me.

Losing "top rated seller" status is concerning. You may need to take initiative to rectify this situation by reaching out to the relevant parties.

Barbie,   "Possible ship date"   does not mean mandatory ship date.

All the sales I've had for December 29- 30 and  31 indicate "Ship by January 2nd 11.59PM"

It will show as shipped when you print the label but if the label isn't scanned on the ship by date it can still be considered as late.
