A sports card, in a top loader, is NOT MACHINABLE. I ship them standard ebay envelope, my post office accepts them, they get postage due, not delivered, not claimed or returned. Tracking is always incomplete, even using track my package, as stated by ebay. I will attempt to ship with NON-MACHINABLE surcharge to see what happens then. Otherwise, back to bubblemailer and USPS tracking so I don't get robbed by buyer and ebay, for them claiming, non-delivery
