The other day eBay messaged me about $1.75 that was charged for insufficient postage on a parcel. It wasn't worded like that, but that was the gist of it.
Seems somebody, somewhere, at USPS decided I wasn't measuring a box properly. The claim is that one of the dimensions is actually 19.7" when I listed 17".
The figure they provided isn't even close and given the Post Office always rounds up, it means a 3" discrepancy. No name or number provided, so I can't contact any individual, just try to call 1-800-CALL-USPS and argue over $1.75? Not a major deal, but kind of strange. Is it possible it showed up to the buyer with postage due and somebody did him a solid or something like that?

I have had those come in both ways. A debit to my account or credits.
