Any one else having problems lately with the USPS not providing tracking information for labels created under eBay Standard Envelope as opposed to the USPS ones. They use to show tracking but the last few orders I shipped out, tracking is not showing at all or showing as if I did not ship the orders. Any imput will be appreciated.

This is not an issue on the postal service's end. You are using packing materials that are not supported and, for the most part, non-machinable, which is why your packages are mostly without scans.
Bubble mailers are not eligible for ESE service @allabouttreasures , nor are plastic mailers of any kind. If any of your packages are making it through without postage due to the buyer, that's pretty amazing. Stop using bubble mailers, or keep using them but upgrade to Ground Advantage.
Below is a screenshot from the shipping label purchase page, and you can find the same info on the ESE help pages. At the bottom of the screenshot in the grayed out section, see how there's a warning next to the service to make sure your package meets all the physical requirements? The word requirements is a link and, when clicked, this pop-up appears.

This has been a problem for a very long, long time with those ESE eBay shipping labels
First of all, think of what is the purpose of using it...and is it worth it...and what you get out of it.
As you are a somewhat new seller...I feel your pain.
But, I usually use a .78 stamp to ship something out.
No problems for 1 1/2 years to date...can't remember if I had problems 2 years ago using a .78 stamp(well, it was cheaper a few weeks ago).
ESE is considered 'meter mail' and not 'stamped mail' and thus goes in the correct slot at the post office.

I switched to ESE back when it was updated and patches qualified. It has worked out well overall for me. I use to use stamps on white envelopes for years and a lot more got misdelivered, lost, whatever. There has been an uptick of problems this last month with ESE . For what reasons I don't know. Sometimes its scanned, other times not at all. Have lost mail marked delivered in Miami area, now I'm chasing one down in VA. Have to waste a lot of time trying to reconcile these issues. Had one buyer call me the most vile names in the book, I reported to Ebay....just heard crickets after that.

Most get scanned at the sorting hub. Some don't get scanned until the destination hub. Some get delivered with no scan at all. Nothing you can do about it really. Just had a ground advantage package get no scans until the destination PO. Once you drop it off, you are at the mercy of the USPS.

eSE mail is not scanned by post office employees; it can't be.
eSE mail has to be machinable, and it gets scanned automatically as it goes through the sorting machines. If it is not getting scanned, it means that the envelope was not machinable, and got kicked out of the machinable workflow, and is being processed manually.
If your eSE mail is not getting scanned, then you need to package it correctly. The most common reason why eSE mail is not machinable is because it is too stiff, and potentially jams the machines. Other problems could be that the envelope is too thick, or is not an even thickness along the length of the envelope.

the envelopes I'm using for some of my orders are plastic bubble envelopes. it does not happen to all the orders, I'll say out of every 6 orders, 2 do get scanned all the way through from beginning to delivery and 4 do not. It's a hit or miss issue from the postal service.

I hate to sound stupid, but what does ‘Place the label with the recipient’s address parallel to the long side of the envelope’ mean? We are having problems with eBay tracking and my husband and I disagree what parallel means!

Having the same issues where nothing is updating. I am well aware that eBay Standard Envelope isn't tracked the same way as other tracking methods, but I have not had this much issues in my entire time since using this method. Any of my envelopes that have been in transit has not updated since Wednesday, Feb 12. My shipments for Thursday & Friday have gotten zero "scans" or updates. I would say 98/100 I get an origin scan whenever I drop things off, but I have gotten zero scans for the Thursday and Friday shipments. This could be an issue in eBay system, but I am unsure.

eBay posted an announcement here.
"We are aware of an issue with eBay Standard Envelope shipments not displaying tracking events on eBay. We are working to resolve this issue and are in the process of updating the display of tracking events for the impacted shipments.
If your shipment is impacted and you have an Item Not Received claim due to this issue, your item will be eligible for the included shipment protection. Additionally, eBay will automatically protect your service metrics for Item Not Received cases."
