good morning all,
just curious if this has happened to anyone else. i have an item that was returned by usps for a non-deliverable address, but when i check the actual tracking information, it indicates it was delivered.
about six months ago, this was happening about once a week, but hasn't happened in awhile. almost every single one of these, i have at least a dozen, are from buyers in the eastern part of the US, have feedbcak scores of less than 10, and never reply when contacted.
so again, just curious about this. it hadn't happened in awhile, so i thought the issue might be over. however, i've got another. anyone else have similar experiences?

The delivery scan for the eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) indicates that the envelope has been delivered to the post office associated with the ZIP Code on the envelope -- NOT the destination address of the buyer.
