eBay is not able to take my payment for shipping labels

eBay is stating that they are not able to take the payment to print my shipping label, why would this be?

My guess is that the default for paying for shipping labels s set to Paypal, and since you are now in Managed Payments, your Paypal balance is not enough to pay for the shipping label.

Try printing a shipping label again, but this time scroll down a bit and change the option to having the label paid with pending payouts:

I am getting the same issue and i have the money to cover payment in my paypal account

I had weird unusual issue to when printing a label. I tried again and it worked. 

Except then I got a PP message saying I paid for label and I haven't used PP in many months. It's on app for me.  

I made other labels and no issues. Strange ebay at it again

I had the same situation. Changed to pending payments and it worked immdiately.

Same issue.  Sat down to do shipping, printed 8 labels with Payment from my Paypal account.  9th label failed with aforementioned "not able to take payment" message.  I have over $2500 in my Paypal account.  Literally a 5 minute interval in between working and not working.  You'd think if they wanted everyone to move from Paypal to pending payouts, then they would announce a hard date with advance communication rather than just....bam.  Super annoying!!!
