eBay USPS tracking

Lately, items I'm selling that use eBay Ground Advantage labels are not receiving tracking updates. When I check "Orders" and click the "View Tracking" link there are no updates.  When I lookup the tracking number on USPS website, I can see updated tracking information.  Any one else having the same issue?

I got TWO undeserved dings on my Shipping Time due to your error on tracking. What do I do to get them REMOVED?????

My seller performance was corrected just in the last half hour (about 8:30 pm Eastern Time). 
 My tracking entries from the 10/20 shipping were done in increments yesterday.  So I am back to where I should be.  It should be noted, and appreciated, that these were Saturday and Sunday fixes.
