Is anyone having issues buying a label through eBay Standard Delivery?

I have tried several times to purchase the label but it keeps coming up with an error that says 'It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later.'

Is there a fix for this? This package has to go out in the morning.

If you don't mind my asking, how do you add the figures to get the length and girth? I may be able to get the package a little smaller.

Length = 29

Girth = 58

Length+Girth = 87

Girth goes around the package. Imagine taking a tape measure and wrapping it all the way around the width of the package. 27+2+27+2

Thank you for the information! I'm going to try and see if I can get the package down smaller tonight. If I can get it down smaller I'll let you know if the label goes through. I appreciate all of the help!

Unfortunately I was unable to get the package to go any smaller. I made the box for the package, but the dimensions of the actual product made it too big to go smaller.

I ended up using Priority Mail International. I feel terrible that I couldn't get the savings for the buyer. But it is what it is. At least I now know about the dimensions thanks to your help!

I didn't know they were planning on phasing it out. That's awful. I love the eBay Standard International Delivery. It's way cheaper than other options and I like that you get the free insurance up to $100. The one and only time I had to make a claim for a lost package they paid me within just a few days. I filed the claim on Friday, and I was paid on Monday.  I don't have this service added to my listings right now due to I didn't know how to add it until just a couple of days ago.
