e bay let the seller cheeting me!

i purcuse a boots from  this seller -   it was small and i returned it to her at the same day by registred air mail. i  opened a case and they told me to return it which i did and send them replay with the tracking number. later on she told me that she will rerfound me the money and i belived her.. it took 2 month

 

 and later on she asked me to  wait another  month for refound couse

 

after she got back from her long vacation i wrote her but she never answered since and blocked me!!

and after e bay see all this, also talked with their custemor servise and show them that i answered them to each mail, i sreturn it the samne day@ and they close it saying i didnt return it on time although they saw it arived after i send it the same day i got it!@

shame on u@ u let  this seller cheet u me and others!

Maybe you should read the rules so that you don't have this happen in the future

eBay members in this thread who have years of experience have told you what you did wrong and what to do if this ever happens again. Go back and read their posts. You have been given answer upon answer upon answer.

 

You even state you "never read the rolls in smal letter of the rouls . . . " Well, that's what you need to do. Read the rules about returns and refunds.

BY NOT READING THE RULES YOU ALLOWED THEM TO STEAL FROM YOU!

 

Please take a little responsibility in this matter and admit that you are partly at fault because you didn't read the rules.

None of us are even capable of writing a review on your behalf for your seller.  Most of us here on the USA boards are more careful in buying from China sellers as well as being aware of our options if something goes wrong.  You need to make yourself more aware of your options if you continue to buy from China sellers.

 

I'm sorry but none of us can help you and you have exhausted your options through ebay and paypal.

Here's the problem. Well, one of them anyway.

 

1. You EMAILED the tracking number, or put it in the notes section. That doesn't work. You have to go to the resolution center, find the automated form and type in the number into the field provided with no other words.

 

2. The tracking number has to be one that eBay can access online. I don't know what carrier you used, but it has to one that eBay can actually verify by going to the carrier's website. It's actually more automated than that, but that's just to explain it to you.

 

3. The tracking number, after having been entered into the proper field, has to be SCANNED by the carrier as having been delivered. That sends an automated message to eBay that you have returned the item.

 

4. You did this backwards. You should have opened a return request first, then sent it back. You just waited too long to do all this.

 

This is why most of us here do not buy anything expensive from China. It's very difficult to follow all these steps because of the way international postal/carriers operate internationally.

 

As for feedback, you only have 60 days after the sale to leave it.

If the case was closed in a seller's favor you won't be able to leave a review on the seller.

I don't think so I think it's just a huge language barrier.

You might be right. Plus, I just noticed OP is in Isreal. For some reason I assumed he was U.S.  I don't have a clue if tracking is even available from there to China.

You're going to have the same problems with Amazon. Almost all online retailers expect you to send it back with tracking and follow proper return procedures
