i purcuse a boots from this seller - it was small and i returned it to her at the same day by registred air mail. i opened a case and they told me to return it which i did and send them replay with the tracking number. later on she told me that she will rerfound me the money and i belived her.. it took 2 month
and later on she asked me to wait another month for refound couse
after she got back from her long vacation i wrote her but she never answered since and blocked me!!
and after e bay see all this, also talked with their custemor servise and show them that i answered them to each mail, i sreturn it the samne day@ and they close it saying i didnt return it on time although they saw it arived after i send it the same day i got it!@
shame on u@ u let this seller cheet u me and others!

Is it possible since you sent it back the same day that you didn't just close the box back up and "return to sender" to save on paying postage from Israel to China? Is the tracking number you supplied to ebay the same tracking number the shipper used to ship the package to you?

NO I DIDNT SAVE OR WANTED TO SAVE I DONT KNOW HOW TO SAVE ITS THE FIRST TIME I RETURN AN ITEM TO CHINA
racking number i supplied to ebay is the number that the post give me when i sent a rejistred mail

but still the seller keep on message me 3 weeks after the case was closed promis me to send me another item etc..
this is why i didnt suspect her ... still im sure she got it couse she wrote me that she did and that i dont have to worry,, and since she blocked me without any reson i realized she cheets me
and i can write a review on her anymore!?

If ebay closed the case due to the tracking not showing it was shipped/delivered to the seller paypal would rule the same way. They settle cases by tracking info as well as ebay does.

I don't know if it's still a requirement but it used to be that you had to contact a seller, let them know the problem and get an ok from either the seller or ebay (or paypal) before sending an item back. You would then get instructions on sending the item back. It appears you just boxed it up and sent it back without notice. That could be why neither ebay nor paypal is covering you.

Obviously you did not send it back with tracking or did not enter the tracking number into the resolution case.

this i did but send them the tracking of the post that given to me while sending it back.. they also saw it when i talked to them 1 week ago. they saw exactly that it was sent on time and that the seller recived it after 12 days

You need a tracking number that shows it was sent back and delivered to the seller. And that tracking number needs to be in your return information

Look, no matter how many ways you describe it or how many times you copy and paste the same messages or how often you say you didn't understand how to return the item, the result is the same. Unfortunately, you did not follow the proper procedure for returning eBay purchases. You will not receive a refund. Period.
Read up on the rules and regulations for transactions on eBay so you will be armed with good information when you enter into a purchase or sale.
I'm sorry for your situation; however, you are not going to get a refund.

look u probobly misunderstood me, its not that i wanted to get my 50$ back from e bay , although in this case i think they play "small head" couse they confirned all the information i gave , i know ive been cheeted for the first time and return item for the first time. all i wanted is to learn and understand what was wrong and how come that i made everything i thought i need to do,and i never read the rolls in smal letter of the rouls,couse for me if i speak to seller and retuen him his item (and feel sorry for her that her "boss didnt give her yet the sellery", and i open a case in ebay,and i sent them the tracking number as well!) and after all they give a hand to seller he delused me (maybe others as well if she has luck)
