Im new to selling on ebay and Ive been having trouble figuring out how to combine or uncombine items that have sold. I sell mainly sports cards and offer free shipping on all my listings. Sometimes ebay will combine shipping when a buyer buys multiple items and other times they will not. Up to this point ive just been going with whatever ebay decides even though ive lost money on some occasions. Up till now it really wasnt that big of a deal, but i just got an order of five cards and the guy decided he didnt want 1 card. Ebay combined all 5 items into 1 order and it appears i only have the option to cancel the entire order. Please help!
