In the past year I have had nothing but problems with this courier service. No wonder they are loosing profit like mad.
Comedy outlets and comedians in Denmark are also on their case now.
If you have a choice in shipping to a buyer from Denmark, please choose another service like GLS, DHL, DAO, or frankly just anything else than PostNord. They are scamming people - and their customer service is a complete joke.
The latest case for me is: They have been driving around with my shipment in the area, saying it's out for delivery since Friday last week. Every day some problem has arisen, and so they have run it back through their sorting terminal, to then "attempt" delivering it the next day. Today i get a message saying "Your package was -unfortunately- lost". I cannot get in contact with them, and their website says now i need to contact the seller, who can then file a claim. I'm quite worried about this, considering their website is broken for English. Fingers crossed it will work out.. Frustrating like mad.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
