click & drop Royal Mail Integration

i started using Click and drop by royal mail

the initial integration was fine

ive had to delete that integration as ive changed address but not the new one wont syc and for the life of me i cant find out where to delete the other integration details in ebay so it will load anotrher

can anyone help

Ah, you have stumbled into the .com board inhabited by Yanks who no matter how hard we try can't spell Royal anything.
