How do I win a case for "not as described"

I found an off-white hoodie for 15 dollars at Goodwill, but it was too small, and I decided to sell it. Not sure if it was real or not, so I listed that in the description. It also made it clear it was in decent condition, but didn't feel too nice, and would need refurbishing. Now the seller contacted me for the width, and I told him 22.3", and said I could be off by around an inch, which he said was fine. He bought it, measured it to be 21.5", and said it was in bad condition. Personally, I wouldn't mind the return, as the measurement was "off," though I had warned him. But I do not want to pay return shipping, as I would be taking a loss overall and more. Is there any chance of me winning this?

So many issues... first don't list if you aren't positive it's genuine. You are also not allowed to post a disclaimer saying it might be fake.

Second, post ACCURATE measurements IN the listing.

Telling the buyer your measurements might be off was a bad move. Either you have accurate measurements, or you don't.

Accept the return, pay shipping and don't list again till you get it authenticated

Always lay a tape measure on the garment @wilhu_5365 before you photo it. If it doesn't lay flat, nail it down, or secure with duct tape. This way, both you and your seller can see your dimensions.
