I would like to know how to remove the price I paid for shipping when I print out the Ebay standard envelope label. Customers get angry when they see I charge a little more for shipping than what I paid.

On the create label page scroll down and look for the "hide postage" option.

It's not there. That is there for other labels but not for Ebay's standard envelope. I was hoping this can be changed in settings somewhere but I couldn't find it.

You appear to be right, I'll have to look further into this, or hopefully someone else will be along more familiar with the ESE.

I would build in into the cost of item with free shipping. And see if you get more buyers. So many buyers look at free shipping first.

I'm going to try that out. I tried putting my price of shipping includes handling but I still get complaints how I am making an extra 27 cents off them. Also try to explain, ebay takes .30 cents per transaction + 13%. It feels like I have somehow insulted them.
