Maybe this has been asked before and answered but it looks like the options for cancelling a postage label is setting you up for rejection on the refund.
Things like : Label Didn't Print (I think that problem could be resolved somehow, so maybe you get rejected)
Changed Mind (who changed mind?, Me: So, no refund if you just changed your mind or do they mean customers?)
Problem with label in store (or something like that). What problem? ...
ugh
The only time I have had to cancel a postage is to redo it because I made a mistake but there is no option for that.
Sorry.. frustrated with lack of options.. lol. Always thinking they may refuse, when in fact all I have ever done is get a new label.

The reason won't affect the USPs's decision about whether you get a refund; the only time I've ever heard of a refund request being denied was when the label actually was used for shipping. The list of reasons is probably based on USPS wanting to understand why labels get canceled, especially when online postage is rejected at the Post Office counter, rather than looking for a reason to deny the request.
In your case, "changed mind" is the best fit since you changed your mind about what dimensions should be used.

You will not receive the refund immediately. No matter what reason you choose. You will receive it in like 10-14 days from request. This is to make sure you do not use it. As long as it is not used you will get refunded.

My most used reason for cancelling a label also does not exist: "I screwed up."

It simply does NOT matter what reason you use- you WILL get your refund as long as it's not used, and it take 3 weeks to get it (21 days).
So, that's why that reason doesn't exist.

Some other sites give 0 options it's just 'void label' or 'delete shipment'.
Because as others have said the reason doesn't matter.
All the carrier wants to confirm is that it's not used.

I know you won't get immediately. I was just going on about the reasons

Indeed! Indeed!.. lol

This question was likely rhetorical.. lol. It was a day after Thanksgiving rush day and I was frustrated. Thank you so much for everyone that chimed in though. Nice to know my paranoia might be unfounded. 🙂

One of the many things I like abour Pirates Ship if you have purchased a label, but not yet printed it out, you get an instant refund.
