sold a webcam almost a month ago. now the buyer claims that it doesn't work and wants a return. i call **bleep**. he just found it cheaper and is now wanting to return my item. **bleep** ebay and **bleep** seller us.senl. put them on your blocked list NOW.

They don't allow returns. eBay allows refunds. eBay's Money Back Guarantee enforces a refund if the item's description is not correct in the buyer's opinion ... whether or not you want the return is your choice.
Sometimes the buyer is correct and an item doesn't work (or stops working) - NIB items does not always work out of the box. And sometimes the buyer's will lie in order to circumvent a seller's return policy and/or get a free return. If the latter happens, report the buyer for abusing the Money Back Guarantee -- if sufficient sellers report a buyer for doing this, then the buyer will lose their ability to use the MBG.
Report wisely and truthfully, and not as revenge for a legitimate MBG claim.
