Hi Fellow eBayers,
I recently sold an item, which is being shipped to Ohio, IL.
I check every tracked package periodically to make sure everything is on track.
For this particular shipment, the package was “forwarded” at my local post office and it likely says because of mistake or incorrect address.
I contacted the buyer to make them aware and ask about the possibility that they are forwarding packages, the buyer said he does have a second home but that the address provided and printed on the shipping label was correct. He mentioned the possibility of Ohio, IL being mistaked for Ohio.
The tracking has not updated from “forwarded” in 5 days and the delivery date is tomorrow -
Is there anything that can be done on my end to track this package and make sure it gets to the buyer?
