It all depends on the reason you requested a return. Also if a buyer has a history of filing too many claims they can lose the privilege of the money back guarantee as eBay may believe you have abused the system. eBay does track your return history and seller complaints.

I just looked at it. I’m not defending nor condone it, but it seems to me the buyer is Australian. And I’ve believe that word is used more common there than in the US. As well as other profanities.
