Shipping to Jordan

Hi, I won an auction for an airpods and the item location is "Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation" and he is offering international standard shipping for 15 USD so my question is which one is faster 1: ship it to US then get it through DHL from there to Jordan or ship it directly to Jordan ? 

And this standard shipping will it be through the country post office ? or what exactly as i'm afraid it will be lost on the way if it's not tracked and with a good delivery company

Shipping it to the US from Europe and then to Jordan would be a lot more expensive than $15 and likely slower.   If you were thinking that the seller could send it to the US to use the ebay international standard delivery program,  only sellers located in the US can use that.

Standard International Shipping is a generic term so you will  have to ask the seller how they will be sending it.  It's always best to ask questions like that before you purchase so that if you want to change the shipping and the seller agrees, they can charge you accordingly.

You would need to ask your seller what shipping method they are using.  Also remember they can only ship to the confirmed address they received at the time the transaction was made.
