Why do I get redirected to sign-in/password page between labels?

Most likely you have cookies disabled. Even when you do have them enabled, it is not uncommon for this to happen when you are paying for something (i.e. involved money), whether it be a label, or a purchase.

I ship all my packages one at a time

when the label is printing I just tap on the next package line and it takes me to the next in the que or you can go back to the group awaiting shipping

Yes, I use both  MsnEdge. and  Google Chrome,  and I even tried Safari.  It only just started doing this recently…it used to always take me back to “Go to orders, Print Another Label”.  Now it goes back to the sign in page.  Only way I can avoid it is to use the back arrows. When I am on the sign-in page, I can click on the eBay logo and go back to the Summary.
