Why am I shipping an eIS package to California

My understanding was that all eIS packages were to be sent to Texas.

Now I have an eIS package label that is going to California.

Can anyone here explain to me why this is happening

Where did you get the impression all EIS packages ship to Texas?

The first/original EIS hub is in Glendale Heights, IL. A few weeks ago a second hub in Commerce, CA (I think that's the city in CA) came in to the picture. If there are more hubs than that, they haven't been reported/revealed yet.

this is an easy one

ebay is expanding the eIS program and is adding more states

I have been shipping some packages to CA for 3-4 weeks now

if they add in another state it would not surprise me
