As a new seller, I have my item bought by a US guy. As I am enrolled in GSP, I tried to leverage this program to help me ship and track. However, I found that I am totally blocked. None of the menu items under shipping is available to me. I wonder how come the program is unavailable to China sellers.

There is no GSP in China so why did you enroll? You have to ship FROM the US or UK in order to use the GSP.

Hi @sonatina_baby, sorry for the confusion! While we are always working towards increasing the countries within our Global Shipping Program, currently China is not an available option. If you are interested in selling and your items are located in China, you would not be able to use the Global Shipping Program, but this would be able to use this for any items you are selling that are located in the United States or the UK. You don't need to sign up for the Global Shipping Program for purchases, as your seller would enroll in and if their item and your shipping location are eligible, the package will be sent through this program.

Maybe because the US already subsidizes your shipping to the US so that you guys pay less to ship to the US than we pay to ship within our own country.

Most sellers here who use the gsp do not want to ship an item internationally so when an international buyer makes a purchase the seller ships it to the gsp depot in the US. Then the gsp ships the package internationally to the buyer. There are gsp depots only in the US and the UK so you have to be in those countries to use the gsp.
