I recently purchased an item on January 24. Later that day, the tracking showed that a shipping label had been printed for the item. 8 days later, on February 1st, the item still had not been received by a post office and the only thing on the tracking was that the label has been printed. I messaged the seller at this point and asked why the item hadn't been shipped and they said they "must've missed it" and that they would get it in the mail the next day. The day after, however, nothing was shipped and nothing has been shipped still, 18 days after it was purchased and 10+ days after it was supposed to have arrived. I know everyone on here likes to get defensive about people leaving negative feedback but surely by now it's justified, right?
