Perhaps this is helpful to others. I purchased a Brother QL-810W and have had troubles getting the label printed properly. the size of the label appears to be the issue. Here is the solution
1. Click on "Printer and Label Receipt Preferences" from label purchase page on desktop...see pic below
2. Select brother QL-500 (continuous) from the drop down menu
2. Purchase the label
3. The label will appear on the print dialog
4. Click on “print using system dialog “
5. Create a custom print size. Set it for 2.44” x 7”
6. I saved this and named it "eBay label" so easy to select in the future
7. Print away.
