This has been going on for about a month. Thankfully I only ship 3 or 4 items a week. PayPal labels is a good alternative, but only has a few USPS options. I linked my stamps.com account, but there is no "signature required" option so I have to enter the address information manually outside the linked application.
Reported this via phone about 3 weeks ago. Was told they'd look into it. I called back about three days later. That person said my prior call was listed but there was no resolution.
I called back a couple of days ago. Was told there are others with the same issue, but it is low priority. It "might' be fixed in three weeks or so.
So - that's my issue. It's a pain. The system should work right.

I just printed 2 first class parcel labels about 30 minutes ago. No problems using Chrome on a desktop computer.

Good idea. I'm using the new Chrome-based Edge.
Next time I'll try something else.

@biggraypony Also try turning off add-ons. eBay has several pages now that trigger uBlock in chrome because they are using non-standard methods to publish content.

Thanks!
Also, how old does one have to be to qualify for the "Grumpy Old Man crew?"
I am a charter member of AARS, if that helps.

I tried Google Chrome on my wife's computer - different machine, different browser. Same result.
