Hi! I bought an item on the 13th of August, and a shipping label was created on the 14th. The tracking wasn't updating, and I wasn't even sure that the seller sent the item because only a label was created. Even though there was no tracking update, the seller insisted it would arrive by Thursday. It didn't arrive, and I marked the item as not received since nine days passed without any confirmation the item was in USPS possession. Not long after I did that, I finally got an update that said the item was shipped. It is scheduled to arrive Saturday. Should I close the return? If I close the return would I still be able to return it if the item is defective?
