Hello all,
I have a worry. I was in the post office and it was hectic. I had multiple shoes to ship out to authenticators. My worry is that I accidentally mismatched the shipping labels on two pairs of shoes in my rush to ship the shoes before USPS closed. Would the authenticators simply send my shoes back to me and issue a refund to the buyer? I’m pretty sure I had the labels right, but once the shoes were all packed up it was hard to tell which box from which. In the future I’m bringing a sharpie and marking the boxes haha.
thank you all,
michael

The authenticator should ship them back and the buyer gets the refund. Otherwise, that would prove the authentication process does not work and they are not doing their job.

I am not sure what happens but I do not think that the authenticator is going to just start giving refunds.
if the buyers needs a refund its up to them to get it back from ebay
I have used the watch authenticator a half dozen times and I cant imaging that they woud be giving refunds
its up to ebay and the MBG to be in charge of refunds
