Combined Shipping

I have a buyer who bought 2 items.  She is asking me to combine shipping.  I don't know how to do it and my item does not say Shipping will be combined.

Am I obligated to ship the 2 items together?  They are fragile and I prefer to send them individually and insure them.

Any suggestions or instructions on how to combine Shipping Costs.

Since you prefer individual shipping, politely tell the buyer that and then ship separately.  Anyway, that's what I would do in this case.

If you really want to combine shipping, locate one of the items and click on send invoice.  There you should see the option to combine shipping.

Combining shipping is easy. Just pack items together in one package/box, buy one label using one of the items, the mark the other item(s) as 'shipped' and copy and paste the tracking code into the other items info screen. If you prefer not to ship together due to damage safety/damage, simply let them know.
