Well, USPS is at it again!

Tis the season to ship packages . This year, USPS has added a new comment to their delivery system; "

DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY".   Agent? What agent? USPS says "your package was delivered". I said, if it's delivered, why doesn't it show as delivered? The answer I received was "it's the same thing". No it isn't. Delivered means delivered. Delivered to an agent for FINAL DELIVERY, leaves it open for the recipient to open a I didn't receive it case. So far I have three open over a week after shipping. One of the buyers is complaining they have not received the item. Of course, USPS doesnt show it as "FINALLY DELIVERED", just
DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY!  What a nightmare.
