Weird problem when I checked out! Got the wrong item! Will ebay still honor todays $25 off $119?

As the title says, I had a problem when I checked out recieving the wrong item. So, long story short, I purchased something and I had two in my cart on seperate pages trying to make a choice. The one I bought was from Best buy, but it gave me the one on the other page. I used the primo119 coupon as well so can I stil get that back if I recquest a refund? It makes no sense to me, I literally stared at the one from best buy right before I impule bought it, and it gave me the other one. Weird to say the least..

I'm thinking that what happened was, somehow it defaulted what was a saved for later item, after maybe the best buy item got re-posted? All's I know is this needs to be fixed. Irritated I have to wait 24 hours or more to receive a refund.

If I understand your post, you had two tabs (pages) open, each with your eBay.com cart? You do know that, even though it is two separate tabs (pages), it's the same cart? If you had one tab with an item in your cart and then opened another tab and placed an item in your cart, chances are your browser will not update your cart unless you "refresh" one of the tabs. It will default to the first tab with the first item you placed in your cart. This is standard browser protocol and will happen the same way in any online store you're in--not just eBay.

Maybe I'm not quite clear on what transpired . . .

@larryp08 you won’t get the coupon back if you request a refund. It’s expired. And non-refundable. eBay won’t honor it on another purchase no matter what really transpired here.
