Hello,
I bought a phono cartridge on 11.07.2018 from a seller who has 97.9% rating afer 40000+ reviews. As per listing he was to ship the item from Japan to my address in India. My payment (made on 11.07.2018) is confirmed and the seller has also shipped the item on 11 / 12.07.2018 by "Economy Internationaql Shipping" and gave me a tracking ID immediately. Now even after seven days the item is not being shown in Japan Post site or any other known site. The progress of tracking is unknown. When I click on the ID itself, it opens a small window showing shipped. Moreover, no delivery estimates are being shown. It says "No estimates available". I messaged to the seller two days back asking him to clarify but no reply has yet been received.
My question is - Is everything going ok ? Moreover why delivery estimates are not being shown? Should I wait or raise the issue or what better should I do?

You can’t raise the issue yet. Do you recall the original delivery estimate eBay gave you? Once that date has passed, you can file an item not received case. Hopefully your order is received in a timely manner. Unfortunately no one here can say for sure if everything will be OK but you are covered by the money back guarantee if you don’t get your item 🙂
