Hello seeking help - I am new seller & was charged twice on shipping label, only printed once & download for reference record as I have done before & my credit card set up on paypal sent alert. Tried contacting post office & cant get an agent is all automated . any feed back on how I can resolve this matter is welcome -- thank you

Did you check the tracking number to verify there are 2 separate transactions (different tracking numbers)?
If so, void the one you are not using. Go to 'shipping labels' on the left side of the ebay page and choose the transaction you refer to.
It'll take a few weeks to receive the refund.

Are you saying that you see 2 charges on your credit card?

In the sellers hub click on the shipping labels tab and just void the label you aren't using

I follow your directions and when I click on the transaction, it shows the two tracking numbers, one delivered and one awaiting shipment. I only had one item to sell there are no other shipments. No where to click to cancel the tracking number awaiting shipment that I paid for that is awaiting a shipment that will never happen.
What do I do now?

Thanks for your reply. I was past the 5 day window. I didn't know I was charged twice for the extra shipping label until I was notified that a payout was made to me on that order.

I have had the same issue for months!! They charge me through PayPal right when I buy the label then my payout is always in the negative for those shipping labels after my payout. Then takes that second payment out of the next item I sell. They won't refund the first class or priority but they want me to accept refund from today January 27th 2022 to Nov 11 2021 but only for the eBay standard envelope shipping for my coins. The agent said he could see that I was being double charged and that he would calculate them and get me a refund but when he came back on the phone he acted like he never said that and that I was only being double charged for the eBay standard envelopes back to November 11th 2021. This has been happening since managed payments took over and I would like to get in touch with as many people as possible he's this is happening to you so that we can talk to a lawyer and get this resolved.
