Thanks for your reply. I was past the 5 day window. I didn't know I was
charged twice for the extra shipping label until I was notified that a
payout was made to me on that order. Live and learn. :o( Appreciate your

I follow your directions and when I click on the transaction, it shows
the two tracking numbers, one delivered and one awaiting shipment. I
only had one item to sell there are no other shipments. No where to
