When did you order them and what is the estimated delivery date?
Is there a tracking number?
Since they are coming from China, it'll take awhile to receive them.

Check your order and see if tracking has been entered: If not or no movement then after the expected delevery date file an item not received case..

Hey, Victoria! If it's the Cadillac emblems, it looks like they ship from China... so on a slow boat, maybe?
If it's one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the Order, you can open an Item Not Received claim. Follow the timeline in the Case after you open one... ask eBay to step in if you still have no emblems by the date they allow.
We can't help you track your package (or see your Order), but have you received a tracking number? Try that site. Good luck.

When you made your purchase, did you notice that it was being shipped from China, and that the seller pointed out that there was an extended delivery date?

No you don't, not really.
Look at the last estimated delivery date on your item. Has it passed by more than 24 hours? Open an item not received case.
Is that date still in the future? Then sit back and await the arrival of your purchase.
Since it's coming from China, it would have had an extended delivery date.
Talking to "someone on the phone" will not help, nor will it give you different answers than those you've received here.

@dorrobe-43 You can click on the help and contact link at the top of the page, scroll down to the bottom, click on contact us and then follow the prompts. If you are willing to explain your problem someone here on the discussion board may be able to help you. It would be best to start your own thread rather than posting a different problem on a thread that someone else started.

To clarify things, you are on an ebay community forum. These boards are made up of buyers and sellers who try to help people who've experienced problems on this site. It is not ebay customer service.
