I voided a shipping label March 18th via Paypal. Normally, the refunds come in 2 weeks. It's now April 20th and still no refund. I did check on USPS the tracking number and there is no movement (not used) On Paypal, it shows that this refund is still pending. How do I inquire about this refund? Do I go through Paypal or USPS or ? I never had this happen to me before.
